About Me

I’ve always been energetic and active since I was a child which made me interested in attending various classes such as figure skate, basketball, tennis, and skiing. After a while, I got more and more involved in the gym. Creating motivation in others for doing exercises and being active has always been a pleasant goal for me. I started participating in different national and international sports courses and my passion for sport and being a trainer became more serious in my life. I enjoy every second of my job as a trainer especially when I watch my trainees getting closer to their goals.

Teaching Method

"I keep an eye on individual trainees each session to ensure the exercise strength is kept at the best possible level. Trainees are monitored so they can keep up with their exercises and move on to higher levels when it fits their needs and situations. Another amazing method that I’ve been using is to inform trainees about their body structure and muscles so they can understand the impact each exercise has on their specific muscle."

Experience

• Academy alongside other international certificates such as IFBB, mefitpro, trx, bootcamp, reps, etc. • I’ve been a trainer for over 10 years at different gyms in various fields such as functional, high-intensity, strength, corrective movements, etc. • The Coronavirus pandemic caused me to start holding online classes for trainees in different countries. • I have experience working with trainees of all ages without any injury and helped them to have fun regardless of their age. • I believe that movement is medicine and that’s why I’m here to help you to reach your goals and to feel strong, healthy, and confident along the way.
