About Me

Maryam Ashrafi is my name. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance and a Master’s degree in Art Research. I have been teaching piano for more than 20 years, and I began playing the piano at the age of eight. In my view, music offers not only enjoyment, but also an opportunity for learners to discover their own abilities and realize that with practice and repetition, they can truly improve. Believing in this ability can be valuable in every aspect of life. Understanding that steady, consistent practice can create remarkable progress gives learners confidence that extends beyond music itself.

Teaching Method

In my teaching, I use a variety of methods and combine them with classical pieces and familiar melodies for children and teenagers. I also work with different educational resources, including the Piano Adventures, Alfred, and Aron’s series. Alongside these, I incorporate classical, modern, and selected Persian musical pieces to create a rich and engaging learning experience.
