About Me

My name is Mozhgan. I am a makeup artist and a cinematic makeup and special effects makeup instructor, born in November 1977. I graduated in Computer Graphics and Animation. I studied makeup and cinematic makeup academically at Master Moayerian’s Makeup Training Center. Throughout the years, I have taken various courses with different instructors to stay up to date, further develop my skills, and improve the way I transfer my knowledge and experience to my students. I have also received specialized training in 3D makeup and special effects (SFX). My professional career began when my instructor invited me to work at the makeup training center as a makeup assistant and teaching assistant. After the pandemic, I started teaching self-makeup, professional makeup, and cinematic makeup both online and in person through my own educational workshop. Alongside teaching makeup and special effects, I began bringing my own ideas to life. I started creating artistic keepsakes by molding and sculpting children’s hands and feet, pets, couples, and families who wanted to preserve the best moments of their lives in an artistic way. This idea brought a new energy into my life. At some point, I decided that I wanted to be a creator—to help create a person who, at the end of their journey, can look back with pride at their achievements and at where they stand in life.

Teaching Method

I believe that every art form is a way of expressing our personality and thoughts. Elegance, balance, and harmony in a person’s style can bring a unique sense of confidence and self-esteem to their social presence. Alongside teaching makeup techniques, I strive to help you, as fellow art enthusiasts, discover and create your preferred style while incorporating modern and up-to-date techniques. My teaching approach is a combination of my personal teaching methodology, creativity, and the knowledge and techniques I have gained throughout the years. In my self-makeup classes, you will become familiar with the different features of your face and learn what types of makeup are best suited to your individual facial features.
