About Me

I’m the kind of person who, when faced with a complex system, becomes curious rather than intimidated and wants to understand what is happening behind the scenes. My interest in programming and data engineering began with this curiosity—with wondering how a message is generated, moves between services, changes form, and ultimately becomes usable information. Along the way, I have encountered countless strange errors, incomplete messages, failed services, and bugs that kept me thinking for hours. These experiences taught me that making mistakes is a natural part of learning, and that the best lessons often come from the moments when things do not go as expected. What motivates me is the moment when a difficult concept suddenly becomes clear to someone and they think, “So that’s how it works!” I would love to share this sense of curiosity and the joy of discovery with my students.

Teaching Method

My teaching approach is project-based and centered around real-world problems. I explain concepts in a simple and clear way, and then we move forward through coding and hands-on practice. During the lessons, we explore the differences and applications of various databases, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, and Redis, so that students can make the right choice based on the needs of each project. Course materials include official documentation and real-world examples. In online classes, I also use screen sharing, live query execution, and error analysis.

Experience

• Software Developer and Database Administrator with experience in SQL Tuning, Query optimization, Index design and optimization, Execution Plan analysis, performance bottleneck resolution, and database management for social networking and data analytics systems. Experienced in SQL Server, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, Neo4j, Redis, and High Availability, Replication, and Sharding architectures. • Designed and developed Instagram crawlers for data collection and user behavior analysis, with the goal of reducing crawler blocking. • Senior Software Developer and contributor to the development of the Fasket smart shopping cart. • Developed Raspberry Pi–based software and state machines, including sensor data processing from weight sensors, cameras, NFC, RS232, and RS485. • Developed a mask detection and people-counting system for the German company Ampada using C++, YOLO and Mobile SSD algorithms, and the Jetson Nano platform. • Experience teaching international students in English.
