About Me
Hello, my name is Anahita Khademi. I am a programming instructor and hold a master's degree in artificial intelligence. I believe that learning programming is much more than memorizing lines of code—it is about developing creativity, strengthening problem-solving skills, and bringing ideas to life that have the potential to make a real impact. My passion for computer science began in high school, and that passion has shaped my academic and professional journey ever since. Today, with several years of teaching experience at the university level and working with children, teenagers, and adults, I strive to make learning both enjoyable and practical. In my classes, students are not just passive learners; they actively engage with programming through hands-on projects, game development, and exciting challenges that help them understand concepts in a meaningful and lasting way. If you are interested in exploring the fascinating world of technology, unlocking your creativity, and developing a valuable skill for the future, I would be delighted to guide and support you on this journey.
Teaching Method
In each session, students are first introduced to the overall topic and the final project they will be working toward. The lesson then progresses step by step, combining clear instruction with hands-on practice. At the end of each session, exercises are assigned to reinforce learning and help students build confidence in applying new concepts independently. The course materials include *Scratch Programming* and *Python for Everybody*. In addition, game development with *Pygame* is taught through a project-based approach, allowing students to create engaging games while developing their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and computational thinking skills.
