About Me

Welcome to my page. After years of doing various sports, I fell in love with yoga. It was the only sport that gave me both energy and the peace I was always searching for. Since then, yoga has had a huge impact on improving my lifestyle. I'm here to share everything I know about yoga with you. I've completed a breathing course with Master Mehdi, a power yoga course with Master Akhavan, and several other courses with Omid. They are all excellent yoga instructors, and I've been one of their long-time students.

Teaching Method

I have been teaching yoga for approximately 2 years, both in-person and online. My in-person classes are held at my home studio, offering both public and private sessions. For those who prefer online learning, I provide mostly private classes. My teaching style focuses on Vinyasa Flow, which is a dynamic practice that links movement with breath. I place a strong emphasis on addressing individual needs and injuries, tailoring my classes to help students work safely and effectively. Each class begins with a warm-up and concludes with Shavasana and a 5-minute guided breathing meditation.

• Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences • Several years of experience working in various hospitals and laboratories (extensive knowledge of human anatomy and potential injuries) • 2 years of experience teaching yoga privately and in group settings • Conducting both in-person and online classes (in-person classes are held at my home studio, while online classes are primarily private) • Teaching experience at a yoga school (Danesh Yoga School) • Several years of assisting my teacher, Mr. Omid Jani • Participation in numerous workshops with renowned instructors such as Master Akhavan and Master Mehdi
