About Me

Hello! My name is Diana Goudarzian, and I’m studying Biomedical Science at York University in Canada. Having completed high school in Canada, I’m familiar with the Canadian education system, teaching methods, and school examination formats. This experience allows me to help students not only understand academic concepts but also navigate the Canadian school system and prepare for success. My interest in teaching began about six years ago when I started helping my younger sister with her schoolwork. Over time, I became more passionate about teaching by helping friends and classmates understand course material and prepare for exams. I believe every student has a unique learning style and pace, and that the right teaching approach can help each one reach their full potential. My goal is to help students achieve better academic results, develop a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts, and approach problem-solving with greater confidence.

Teaching Method

My teaching approach focuses on conceptual understanding and developing problem-solving skills. I begin by assessing each student’s current level and identifying areas where they need additional support. I then tailor my lessons to their individual needs and learning pace. Drawing on my experience studying in Canadian schools, I strive to ensure that lessons and practice exercises align with the teaching methods and academic expectations of Canadian schools, particularly for students living in Canada. I explain concepts step by step and use a variety of examples and targeted exercises to help students gradually develop greater proficiency and confidence in solving problems independently.
