About Me

I am Feryal, a science and biology teacher. My academic background includes a Master’s degree in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, and I have extensive hands-on experience in microbiology, laboratory work, and scientific innovation. My passion for biology began in childhood; I was always fascinated by how nature works and how living organisms grow, adapt, and interact with one another. In high school, the world under the microscope gained even more meaning and appeal for me. During my university years, explaining complex concepts in simple terms became an enjoyable experience, and the encouragement I received from those around me gradually guided me toward teaching. My teaching experience has shown me that the foundation of science is built on curiosity; the questions, wonder, and intellectual honesty of my students have proven that curiosity can be the best learning tool at any age. Today, my goal is to combine my scientific knowledge with my passion for teaching and help learners understand biological concepts not just by memorizing them, but deeply, logically, and with enjoyment, so they can view the living world with greater clarity.

Teaching Method

My teaching approach is built on curiosity and attention to students’ needs. Before anything else, I try to understand who is sitting in front of me, how they think, what excites them, and what their mindset is. I believe learning happens when a student feels seen and supported. I adjust the pace and method of my teaching based on each individual’s needs. My approach is inquiry-based and exploratory; instead of memorization, I guide students toward a deep understanding of concepts through real-world examples, simple experiments, visualization, games, and hands-on activities, helping them take an active role in learning and strengthening their creative thinking.
