About Me

Born amidst the picturesque landscapes of Takab, a historical city in West Azerbaijan, Iran, I, Jafarali Servi, have been captivated by the world of colors since childhood. Immersed in the vibrant hues of my surroundings, I found myself drawn to art, filling my days with sketching and painting. Enthralled by the melodies of classical music and the profound verses of Hafez, I delved into the world of poetry, calligraphy, and painting. During my high school years, I eagerly attended painting and calligraphy classes, simultaneously immersing myself in the soulful melodies of Maestro Shajarian and the voices of legendary singers. My fascination with Rumi's Divan (collection of poems) led me to embark on a unique artistic journey, intertwining the essence of his poetry with my brushstrokes. Inspired by the rich tapestry of colors woven into the carpets, rugs, and socks of my region, I gravitated towards the art of Khatt (calligraphy), deepening my love for colors, calligraphy, and art as a whole.

My approach to teaching calligraphy invites you to embark on a journey of discovery, unveiling the hidden mysteries embedded within words.
