About Me

Hi, I'm Matin, nice to meet you. I want to tell you a story. It was at the beginning of my eleventh grade, I was in a calculus class when I was so frustrated that I raised my hand and asked permission to go outside the class. Not understanding math was very heavy for me and it bothered me, I decided to get rid of this bad feeling. So I went to sign up for the Olympiad so that I could skip the classes under the pretext of the Olympiad and in a room that was designated for the Olympiad kids, I could analyze this math monster and see what I should do for it. You may not believe it, but it only took me a week to understand all the things that I hadn't understood in high school and middle school for all these years. You might ask how?! YouTube (: My fluency in English allowed me to understand math tutorial videos and relearn all the things I didn't understand. Learning math and defeating this monster that had formed for me, and doing it alone, gave me a lot of confidence, to the point that after that week I was the one helping my friends with their math problems. Slowly, this idea came to my mind that why not bring this work as a job in my life. I'm sure there are many people like Matin who find math an unsolvable knot and every time they think about it, it's annoying for them. I'm here to help them (:

Teaching Method

I follow the curriculum and aim to teach math through instruction, review, and problem-solving. I try to progress step by step with my students.

Experience

• Graduate of a gifted school • French language student • 4 years of teaching experience at Isfahan University of Technology and Isfahan University of Technology's Jihad University • Winner of the Astronomy Olympiad • First place winner of the 2014 Kharazmi National Competition in Computer Science. I also had an interview with Roshd Magazine in April 2014 regarding this. • 3 years of online teaching experience using Discord software • Previous collaboration with Pouyanama Isfahan company
