About Me

Music polishes your soul. Playing an instrument makes you feel better. The harp is one of the oldest Persian instruments. This is a Sassanid-era harp, researched, revived, and reconstructed by Master Hamid Saqiri. Its design is inspired by the inscriptions of Taq-e Bostan.

Teaching Method

A 7-volume series of harp playing books. Includes: Beginner level (Books 1 and 2) Intermediate level (levels 1, 2, 3) Advanced level (speed and skill, and Grosi book) Folk pieces. Classical pieces.

• Musical education since 1999 with the following teachers: • Traditional singing with Master Keramati •Classical singing with Mr. Mirzaian •Persian harp and orchestra playing under the supervision of Master Hamed Saghiri • Some performances: Arasbaran Cultural Center Choir (singer) Shahoo Large Persian Instruments Group Concert conducted by Hamed Saghiri, 2006 to present (singer and Persian harp player) Vahdat Hall, Milad Tower, Mr. Sama's Group Concert (singer) Wooden Horse Show in Poland (singer) Arena Women's Concert at Niavaran Cultural Center (Persian harp player and group leader) • Recorded works: Singer and Persian harp player in the albums "Hidden Words" "Without ifs and buts", "Heavenly Kings", "Soltaniyeh" and the magnificent work "Cedars die standing", The single "As It Is" and "Azadevar" by the Shahoo Large Persian Instruments Group conducted and composed by Hamed Saghiri, Singer of the albums Mr. Sama and Mystery by Amirhossein Hasannia.
