Sayeh Tahghigh

About Me

Hello, I’m Sayeh, born in 1997. From a very young age, even before kindergarten, I realized that I had a passion for music and children's songs. I started learning music with the guitar at the age of 9, and later continued with the piano. At 18, alongside my studies, I began teaching piano in Kerman province (where I was studying at the time). At 19, I was honored with the provincial Outstanding Art Teacher award. After that, I continued teaching piano in Isfahan and currently, I’m teaching in Tehran. I've always pursued music with love and passion, and I'm happy that over the past 10 years, I’ve been able to share that love and passion with my students.

Teaching Method

I teach children using the Piano Adventures and Progressive Piano books, adapted to their age and skill level. For adult beginners, I use the Beyer method book, and for intermediate levels, the Czerny method. Online classes include support through video submissions and problem-solving throughout the week.

Experience

• Master’s student in Piano Performance at the University of Tehran • Holder of the Classical Piano Teaching Certification issued by the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance • Piano instructor at Sheyda and Chakook music academies in Kerman Province from 2015 to 2019 • Piano instructor at Sepahan Sina and Mikaeel music academies in Isfahan Province from 2019 to 2022 • Currently teaching at Marzban, Rangin-Kaman, and Soraayesh music academies since 2022 • Students received awards at the Nava-ye Khorram Music Festival in 2016 and 2019 • Organizer of several independent educational concerts in 2017 and 2021 • Collaborated with the Naghsh-e Jahan Orchestra in 2022
