About Me

Music is The Universal Language. To me, singing is a connection to the divine realm. If one understands singing well, there's less need for external sources of joy and deep emotions. It fills one's senses so completely that nothing else is required. I began teaching music when I was still unsure of myself. One day, a relative called unexpectedly and asked if I knew a vocal coach. Hesitating about starting to teach, I blurted out, "I can teach you myself." They were delighted and said, "That's even better!" This was about 14 years ago.

Teaching Method

My teaching method focuses on Persian traditional music (dastgah), utilizing the ردیف (radif) of masters Davami and Karimi, as passed down by my own teachers. I first warm up the student's voice with piano and musical notes, then teach them the گوشه ( گوشه) of the music, and in the next session, I ask them to perform it. Voice training and breathing exercises are also part of the instruction, which I cover briefly to the extent of their need.

Experience

My musical journey began in 1999 when I joined the vocal class of Master Sadegh Teghrifi. I later studied under Master Mohsen Kargarami, Salar Aghili, and Ali Bolboli. My professional musical career commenced in 2006, marked by the following: Live radio performance on Karaj Radio's "Shabe Yalda" in 2006 Concert performance as a vocalist with the group Khatoon in 2006 Soloist performance with the choir at Roudaki Hall and Vahdat Hall in 2007 Research concert at Roudaki Hall conducted by Ali Bolboli, with the presence of masters Kambiz Roshan Ravan, Shahram Foroutan, and Engineer Mohammadreza Sharaili Concert tour of Azerbaijan and Georgia in 2010 Performance in the soundtrack of the film "A Mirror in the Dust" Recording the album "Seyehaye Sabz" as a backing vocalist (Salar Aghili) Singing and acting in the TV series "Shahriyar" directed by Kamal Tabrizi Performance in the Hafez Puppet Theater directed and written by Behrouz Gharibpoor in 2012 Participation in the Polish Music Festival (Warsaw-Lublin) in 2016 In 2016, I formed the Dekor music group, aiming to blend and revive Persian music with pop and other musical styles. The group has released 12 pieces to date.
