About Me

I believe that cooking is a skill everyone should learn. I teach both adults and children And how wonderful it would be if cooking became an enjoyable activity for everyone! I have realized an important point: if children become familiar with the cooking process from an early age, it offers them several benefits: When they grow up, cooking won’t feel like a difficult or obligatory task for them. Since cooking is considered a "grown-up" activity, preparing a meal boosts their confidence and self-esteem. Cooking helps strengthen their fine motor skills. If a child is a picky eater, making their own food can increase their appetite. During the cooking process, children get introduced to mathematical and scientific concepts. Learning about different tastes and ingredients enhances their enjoyment of food. They develop a greater preference for healthy eating. And so much more! Since I love both children and cooking, and I have noticed that teaching kids how to cook is rarely given enough attention, I decided to, in addition to teaching adults, professionally and methodically engage in creative cooking with children.

Teaching Method

In the recipes I design for teaching adults and children, I always keep a few key points in mind. Cooking should be a fun and enjoyable activity for them. It should encourage them to eat healthier foods and vegetables they might not usually prefer. They should get familiar with different flavors and develop a greater appreciation for eating. They should learn about various ingredients, cooking methods, and the small and big details of food preparation. Their creativity in food and cooking should be nurtured. And finally, they should be able to prepare a healthy meal or snack for themselves when they feel hungry.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design • Over 30 years of cooking experience and mastering the art of creating creative dishes • 7 years of continuous experience in the culinary field • 4 years of specialized experience in teaching children (ages 4 to 14) both in-person and online • Completed a child coaching/training course • Experience collaborating with multiple institutes and educational centers for children, both online and in-person
