About Me

Hello, I’m Elahe, an energetic teacher passionate about the French language, literature, and culture! I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in French Literature from the University of Nantes, and I am currently a PhD student in the same field at the University of Sorbonne in Paris. For years, my path has been completely intertwined with the French language, literature, culture, and teaching. I have been working as a French language and literature instructor for ten years. During this time, I have taught at universities, schools, and various institutes, including CLF (affiliated with the French Embassy), and I am currently working in Paris as an educational advisor and mentor across different school levels. I also teach French online to learners of all backgrounds. Throughout my years of international teaching experience, I have worked with students of various ages—from teenagers to adults, from beginners to those preparing for immigration, academic studies, or DELF, TCF, or TEF exams. These experiences have allowed me, as a first step, to identify each learner’s needs, temperament, and goals, and then design and guide each class according to their objectives and interests based on my knowledge and studies. Additionally, I am an official DELF and TCF examiner and fully familiar with the systems and standards of French language exams. I teach reliable techniques, structures, and methods for exam preparation. My goal is for my students to achieve excellent scores while gaining confidence and managing any exam without stress. For me, every learner has a unique story. I would be delighted to help write your beautiful learning journey together.

Teaching Method

I believe that language learning should be enjoyable, practical, and personalized. In my classes, which are fully interactive, I use a mix of real-life conversation, games, theater, and music, along with clear, practical, and easy-to-understand grammar explanations, targeted exercises for official exams, and authentic French resources such as magazines, literary materials, and short films. When needed, we also incorporate various French teaching methods like Atelier, Edito, Adosphère, and Génération. In my online classes, I make every effort to ensure that all activities are highly effective, keeping the class dynamic and conveying a strong sense of the joy of learning. Moreover, in my classes, making mistakes is not only allowed but considered an essential part of the learning process! My goal is for you to progress quickly, use French accurately in both speaking and writing, and communicate fluently and confidently.
