About Me

Hello everyone :) I'm Farideh Farahani. I started learning Spanish at university, but I’ve always had a strong passion for learning different languages. Spanish was a bit confusing for me when I was studying it at university, so I decided to get a private tutor alongside my university courses—and that really improved my speaking skills. When I started teaching, everything changed for me; it felt like I was learning so many new things all over again. I began teaching from the most basic levels, and through the teaching journey, I learned the language much more deeply. I hope I can be a good companion on your learning path, and that we can learn new things together along the way.

Teaching Method

I’ve taught a variety of books, including Nuevo Prisma, Sueña, Aula, Clan 7, ELE Actual, Lola y Leo, and more. The age range of my students is currently quite broad, though most of them are children and teenagers. I conduct both in-person and online classes with them, and we manage both formats really well. The first thing that matters most to me in teaching is building a strong and effective connection with my students—especially when it comes to children. Based on my personality and the experience I’ve gained over time, I never take an overly strict approach in my classes. Instead, I focus on creating a connection that sparks interest and motivation in the learner.

• Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Tehran • Spanish language teaching certificate from Úbeda Institute • 5 years of experience teaching private Spanish lessons (both online and in-person) • Spanish teacher at Hakim International School • 1 year of experience as a Spanish translator at Kouh-e Noor Institute • 9 months of experience as a Spanish translator at Naghshineh Company
