About Me

I'm Ava Ezzaldin, a piano player and music theory teacher. I've been familiar with classical music since childhood, and to this day, music, especially classical music, has been an inseparable part of my life. I love teaching piano and have had the privilege of learning from great teachers from Canada, the Netherlands, and Russia, and I want to pass on everything I've learned on this path to my students.

Teaching Method

My teaching approach is primarily based on classical music. After introducing students to music notation, theory fundamentals, and piano techniques, I also teach pop and Persian pieces alongside classical repertoire, based on each student's interests and goals. I also prepare students who wish to take examinations offered by the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM), Canada. I tailor my teaching methods to each student's age, personality, interests, and objectives, using a wide range of educational resources. These include Piano Adventures for children, Alfred's Basic Adult Piano Course, Michael Aaron Piano Course, the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) curriculum, as well as various technique books such as Czerny and Hanon exercises, conservatory studies, and graded repertoire. My goal is not only to teach piano performance but also to develop my students' musical ear, understanding, and appreciation of music, helping them become well-rounded musicians.
