About Me

My name is Gandom Talebi. I am a children’s music educator with an Orff Schulwerk approach, as well as a specialized instructor in teaching music to children with special needs. I believe that everyone, regardless of their conditions or individual characteristics, can benefit from music in their lives, and that music education is not limited to specific people with particular traits. My effort in the classroom, guided by love and patience, is to introduce children to the wonderful world of music. In my classes, learning takes place through play, movement, singing, and rhythm, allowing children to develop their creativity and self-confidence in a joyful and safe environment. My goal is not only to teach music, but also to support the cognitive, auditory, motor, and emotional development of children.

Teaching Method

Music education for children aged 3 to 8 is conducted using the Orff Schulwerk approach, incorporating rhythm reading, playing the glockenspiel, flute, goblet drum, and more, all based on music, movement, and speech. Music education for children with special needs is also tailored to their individual requirements, and depending on the child’s condition, sessions may include rhythm training, children’s music education, glockenspiel and recorder flute instruction, as well as piano lessons.
