About Me
I was born in 1993 and began my musical journey at the age of seven, learning the santur. This path has continued to this day. I have always strived—and will continue to strive—to learn traditional music. It brings me joy to accompany enthusiasts from afar, step by step, along this path. Together, we can create a chain, taking small yet impactful steps to preserve this rich culture and share the sound of our authentic music beyond the borders of this land.
Teaching Method
For those without prior musical knowledge, initial sessions will cover essential theoretical foundations. Beginner instruction follows the style of Mr. Pashang Kamkar's dulcimer playing and Mr. Payvar's dulcimer guidance. Tailoring to individual strengths, weaknesses, and student interests, the advanced section delves into complex techniques and diverse musical pieces.
Experience
A fourth-year Persian music instrument student at Tehran University of Arts. My musical journey began in 2000 with the Santoor instrument. Successfully completed the advanced course under the guidance of Dr. Korosh Mateen. 5 years of experience teaching Santoor privately and in schools, along with 3 years of experience specifically teaching children. Conducting a program introducing Persian instrumental music to children aged 5-8 in group settings. Achieving third place in the 2006 music festival, second place in the 2007 music festival, and second place in the 2013 national music competition.
