About Me

Hello. First of all, I would like to talk about myself so that you can get to know me better. My name is Sarina. I am a York University student in Biomedical Science and I hold a high school diploma. Since I believe that learning is not about memorization, and that by analyzing and finding the reason behind something we can truly retain it in our minds, from that point on we can easily answer any question related to that topic; whether it is chemistry or mathematics. Also, for me teaching goes beyond simply instructing, because teaching is accompanied by learning and reinforcing the material. Therefore, analyzing and reaching the final answer always goes hand in hand with learning. As a result, I am very interested in teaching, especially in these two fields. I would be happy to be part of your learning journey and, by using my experiences from studying, be helpful to you.

Teaching Method

I try to make the teaching, learning, and educational experience you have with me not one-sided or limited to a 45-minute class. In this way, I also learn from you, and if something is not convincing to you during the teaching process, you can share it with me so that we can reach an effective result together. Also, at specific times you can share your questions with me on the night before an exam, while doing homework, or even when you encounter a problem in a question. Furthermore, my teaching method based on your own notes is designed in a way that helps you learn them better, so that not only the questions in your notes but also other questions from the same topic can be solved by applying your knowledge through effective learning and you can achieve the necessary success in that area.
