About Me

I have always believed that learning happens best when students feel calm, confident, and interested. That’s why I try to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes without fear, and discovering answers for themselves. I also believe that confidence plays a crucial role in success in mathematics. For this reason, especially in the early grades, I focus on strengthening foundational concepts and building deep understanding so that students gradually gain confidence and continue their learning journey with greater motivation and assurance. My interest in mathematics and technology began when I realized these subjects are not just about memorization they are ways of thinking and problem-solving. In my classes, I try to pass on this perspective, helping students truly understand concepts rather than simply memorize them. Some students learn best through explanation, some through examples, some through additional practice, others through visual learning and imagery, and some through hands-on, interactive activities. I work to identify the most effective learning method for each student and use that approach in teaching. My goal is not only to help students improve academically, but also to build their confidence and help them genuinely enjoy learning.

Teaching Method

In my teaching, I focus on conceptual understanding and strengthening mathematical foundations. Depending on the student’s level, I use school textbooks, supplementary resources such as Savvas, and targeted exercises. I also make use of platforms like IXL for practice, assessment, and tracking student progress. Classes are interactive and step-by-step, encouraging students to actively engage in the learning process. When teaching children, I use visual methods and simple examples, and in online classes I integrate digital tools to keep learning dynamic and effective.

Experience

• Over 18 years of experience teaching mathematics, computer science, and ICT in schools, universities, and private classes (Dubai and Iran) • 9 years of teaching at Towheed International School (International Section) in Dubai at elementary and middle school levels • Teaching within the IB framework (PYP and MYP), with a focus on conceptual learning and inquiry-based education • Experience designing and implementing IEPs and teaching students with special educational needs (SEN / SOD), including autism and hearing impairment • Teaching mathematics, IT, and IT Management at Islamic Azad University in Dubai and Iran • Experience in private and online tutoring with personalized learning plans • Use of digital tools, AI, and educational platforms to increase student engagement and improve learning outcomes
