About Me
I’m a teacher! That means, after much trial and error, I’ve realized that I was made for this work. It’s truly mineو and only through it do I experience a deep sense of joy. Given my devotion to art and literature in general, and to music in particular, teaching music and studying the arts are at the very core of who I am. Thus, one hand holds the pen, and the other, the bow.
Teaching Method
From the principles of ""education"", I’ve learned that a teaching method, despite being predefined, can vary as much as the number of learners in a class. That’s why I believe a teacher should know a bit of ""psychology"", some ""management"", and a drop of ""philosophy"". Even being an amateur in these areas can help one become a better teacher. I start teaching the violin using one of the well-known methods, depending on the student’s age. As the lessons progress, I add complementary elements to the curriculum according to each student’s needs. It’s perhaps worth noting that playing famous pieces and songs can serve as the side activity—or the ""recess""—of our class.
